Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order as it is defective or wrong, we will accept the return of the items. In both cases the expenses will be borne by Deines. Any wrong product can be returned within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt. If you receive the wrong product, and do not wish to replace it with the correct product, we may grant you monetary reimbursement. The amount paid for the items will be refunded to your account using the original payment method within 14 calendar days. If the consumer receives a defective product, the consumer must inform Deines Premium Fashion SL of the non-conformity within two months of knew it. Upon receipt of a defective product, we will repair, replace, lower the price or termination of the contract, depending on the consumer's choice. All these arrangements will be free for the consumer and user.

Return from home

To request a return by mail (picking up the defective or wrong product at your home), fill out the form below with your purchase details. We will manage the return by mail within 24 hours of sending the form (not counting Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). We will email you a transport label, which you must print and paste into the packaging before receiving the carrier that will pick up the product. This label will be used for internal order and control of our logistics partner. Without the printed label, attached to the packaging, the carrier may not take the product. Return in store

If you receive a defective or wrong item in, you can also go to our physical stores in Spain(Calle de Augusto Figueroa, 39, 28004, Madrid,+34 915 31 39 99). You will need to present the shipping email for the order. Please note that in-store changes are subject to store availability. If you want a refund, the amount paid will be refunded to your account using the original payment method. You will receive an email confirming the completion of the return process.
