Shipping Terms

Currently we only ship within Spain. All shipments to the Peninsula are free of charge. Shipments for the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will cost 23 euros.

You can locate your order by clicking on the tracking link included in the email sent by our logistics partner (Coemtra, Correos, Correo Express...) which will direct you to an online tracking portal, or you can call one of our customer service representatives at 911 760 748. Our customer service team is available Monday through Saturday from 10:00 to 21:00 (CET) and on Sundays from 12:00 to 20:00 (CET).

Shipping times

Our transportation includes delivery to the recipient's door within 24/48 hours. If the order was placed before 11:00, you are eligible for a 24-hour shipment. If, on the other hand, you place the order after 11:00, it may take 24-48 hours for the shipment to arrive at your door.

In case of order delay due to external strike, catastrophe,.. DEINES PREMIUM FASHION S.L cannot be held responsible.

Please note that On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days.

Delivery dates

When you purchase a Deines item, the default date will appear will be the nearest date you can receive your shipment. You can select the date on which it is most convenient for you to receive it, within 5 business days of purchase. If you wish to receive it within 5 business days, you must specify it in the Order Notes.

Items shipped separately

Due to the variable availability of items, multiple products included in a single order may be shipped separately. Each shipment will have a unique tracking number.

Sending to multiple directions

We do not currently ship orders to multiple addresses. You will need to place separate orders for each shipping address.

Item availability

Products sold out

In most cases, if an item is no longer available, it disappears completely from our website. A message may also be displayed on the product page indicating that it is exhausted. However, in some cases, variations in inventory can cause items that appear as available when you place your order to be actually exhausted. If this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible that the order cannot be completed. The item will be cancelled and you will not be charged its amount. Our customer service team will be happy to propose alternative items.

Geographic restrictions

we try to get to every corner. If your delivery address has any shipping restrictions, you will see it at the time of purchase.
